Join Other Organizations That Are Working Alongside Moms
Novant Health and Forsyth County Department of Public Health worked on improvement projects in their organizations with moms to help address barriers and hardships moms identified during story sharing. Checkout what they created below and scan their accompanying QR codes to learn more. Atrium Health is currently embarking on their journey with moms as well.
Team Forsyth County Department of Public Health recognized the need for enhanced access to postpartum resources in the community and created the Triad Area Postpartum Resource List. This comprehensive list is being distributed across Forsyth County in clinics, OB/GYN offices, and at community events.
Team Novant created a 4th Trimester Support Group to provide a supportive space for new mothers to connect, share experiences, and access valuable resources to ease the transition into motherhood.
